Background
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is conducting market research for the construction of a fish passage at Clear Creek Dam, approximately 45 miles west of Yakima, Washington in Yakima County. The purpose of the notice is to obtain a source list of interested/capable contractors to aid in market research, establishment of a method of procurement, basis for award, and or other procurement information useful to the requirement.

Work Details
The work involves the construction of a fish passage at Clear Creek Dam, including the intake structure, pump, concrete fish ladder, dam gate automation, site lighting, electrical upgrades, and access road. The estimated principal components of work to be performed include intake structure, piping and pump, fish ladder, dam gate automation with remote operation tie-in, site lighting and electrical system upgrade, electrical upgrades, and access road.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for the contract is from January 30, 2025, to August 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work is located at Clear Creek Dam in Yakima County, Washington.
