Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action
Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Columbia-Cascades Area Office has a need for construction services for Cle Elum Fish Passage Facility-Adult Facility. Work is located at Cle Elum Dam approximately 8 miles northwest of Cle Elum, Washington in Kittitas County. Work is for constructing an adult fish collection facility.
Principal components of the work include:
Excavation Support.
Reinforced Concrete Fish Ladder.
Fish screens and intake pipes.
Miscellaneous metalwork fabrications.
Earthwork.
Stilling Basin Floor Concrete Repair.
Reinforced Concrete Work.
Drilled Piers.
Dewatering / Unwatering of Site.
Demolition of Concrete.
Complete Adult Collection Facility and Systems.
Splitter Wall
Electrical Distribution System.
Controls and Monitoring Systems.
This requirement will be competed as a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $45.0 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The estimated construction cost magnitude for this project is between $50,000,000.00 and $55,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. Proposals will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns.
