Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a Water Treatment Plant and Maintenance Building under project number CHIC 240631. This acquisition is being competed as a total small business set aside, with an estimated construction magnitude exceeding $10 million. The purpose of this contract is to provide high-quality, sustainable facilities that meet the operational needs of the NPS.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of a Water Treatment Plant and a Maintenance Building. This includes:
- Developing detailed design and construction documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Implementing sustainable practices in construction materials and processes.
- Ensuring that all work adheres to the requirements outlined in sections 'B' through 'J' of the solicitation, including any attachments.
- Completing all tasks within the specified performance period, which includes beginning work within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and completing it within 80 calendar days thereafter.
- The contractor must also furnish any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at designated locations as specified by the National Park Service.
