Background
The contract is for the construction of a substation at Beale Air Force Base. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is in excess of $10,000,000.00.

Work Details
The contractor is required to commence work within ten calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use not later than December 31, 2024.
The contractor is authorized up to 60 calendar days after the contract completion date to complete and submit final drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and any other data required by the contract.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the project is May 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Beale Air Force Base.
