Construct a standard design Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Hangar. Work
includes an operations and maintenance hangar with shops, company
administration, storage and supply space, tool and parts storage, oil/water
separator, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
Installation, Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) connection, and
building information systems. Work also includes construction of a petroleum,
oil, and lubricant (POL) storage building, hazardous waste storage building (HWSB), aircraft container storage (ACS), an organizational storage building
(OSB), and organizational vehicle parking. Work also includes taxiways and
access apron. Supporting Facilities include site development, site
improvements, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage
