African Construction Sources Sought Notice

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District is seeking information from companies that provide design, real property repair and maintenance, environmental work, incidental services, force protection work, and construction services for various con struction type projects. The work will be geographically located throughout Africa but primarily in Niger, Chad, Mali, Senegal, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria, and Liberia. There may be some work for other African countries as requir ed within the U. S. European Command Area of Responsibility. We are seeking companies that can either perform all of this work themselves or subcontract with others to perform it. The work may be assumed to consist of multiple projects with most ranging from $300,000 to $3,000,000 U.S. This Request for Information (RFI) is the initial stage of market research under Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government does not intend to pay for any information furnished pursuant to this RFI. This RFI may or may not result in a solicitation or contract, we have no further information available at this time.
