Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the U.S. EPA Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center (RSKERC) - Region 6 Laboratory Consolidation Construction/Renovation Project in Ada, Oklahoma. The contract is issued pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), and the partnership agreement between the EPA and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Work Details
The IDIQ contract is for construction services in accordance with the attached IDIQ Statement of Work for the ORD/R6 Lab Consolidation construction project in Ada, OK. The base ordering period is five years from the date of contract award, with an additional five-year ordering period, Option 1, that may be exercised any time prior to the expiration of the base period. The total contract ceiling shall not exceed $45,000,000.00 over ten years.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 06/01/2023 to 05/31/2028 for the base ordering period and from 06/01/2028 to 05/31/2033 if Option 1's additional five-year ordering period is exercised.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the U.S. EPA’s Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center located at 919 Kerr Research Dr., Ada, OK 74820.
