Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC) will be soliciting proposals as a total small business set-aside basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described. The ACAD Harden Farms Employee housing project will use the DSC prototype housing designs to address employee housing needs at the park. The projects phases Ia through phases Ic consist of designing and constructing a 56-bedroom housing solution. Phase 1a/1b includes the use of (2) 8-bedroom dorm buildings and (1) 12-plex (single bedrooms – split into two 6-bedroom bldgs). Phase 1c will be constructed under a future effort.

Work Details
The ACAD Harden Farms Employee housing project will involve designing and constructing a 56-bedroom housing solution using prototype housing designs. It includes the construction of (2) 8-bedroom dorm buildings and (1) 12-plex with single bedrooms split into two 6-bedroom buildings. The estimated price range for this project is $10M or more, and the estimated period of performance is 540 calendar days. Proposal receipt date is not known at this time, and a pre-proposal meeting may be posted with the date/location noted in the solicitation or a forthcoming amendment.
