Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is planning to host an on-site presolicitation conference for the ACAD 309000; Harden Farm Employee Housing (Phases 1A & 1B) project. The procurement is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The construction project involves the Harden Farm Employee Housing (Phases 1A & 1B). The magnitude of construction is greater than $10M. The contractor is required to begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 540 calendar days after receiving the award or notice to proceed.
Sealed offers are due by July 31, 2024, and will be publicly opened at that time. The offeror must furnish any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after the award.
