Kindly provide a FFP (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA ), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Xspress 3 Mk2 24-channel as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A).

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This solicitation seeks quotes for the Xspress 3 Mk2 24-channel system as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order. The goal is to procure this specific equipment to support BNL's operational needs.

Work Details
The Offeror shall provide all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. The Offeror must include all descriptive materials necessary for BSA to determine if the product meets the required specifications and to establish what BSA would be purchasing.

The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price while meeting all technical requirements. A complete quotation must include a signed Quotation Pricing Sheet and be submitted via email. Prices must be all-inclusive, quoted in U.S. dollars, and FOB Brookhaven National Laboratory, including any import duties and associated costs.
