Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to modernize the high-speed and high-volume printing and copying capabilities at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) located in Mt. Weather, VA.

The goal of this contract is to procure a TRM approved Xerox Primelink C9265G Color Graphics Printer to fulfill the lifecycle requirements of the MWEOC Multimedia and Production section.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of the following items on a firm fixed price basis:
- Xerox Primelink C9265G Color Graphics Printer
- Designed for high-speed, high-volume printing/copying
- Includes Xerox DMP Integrated Controller for enhanced workflow options
- Full-service maintenance support for 60 months, covering all supplies except paper and staples
- Delivery, installation, onsite training, and analyst support included in price
- Average print volume per month: ~3,000 - 8,500 prints

- High-Capacity Feeder
- Production Finisher Booklet Maker
- Production Finisher with C/Z Fold
- Production Ready 2/3 Hole Punch

Period of Performance
Items are expected to be delivered within 30-60 days from award of contract. The period of performance includes an additional 60 months of full-service maintenance coverage.
