Xerox Lease Agreements

The United States Marshals Service (USMS), Information Technology Division (ITD) has a requirement for a lease agreement on Xerox Multifunctional Devices to support approximately 6,500 employees across ~400 offices (94 USMS Districts, U.S. territories and Headquarters). Xerox Corporation is the exclusive sole provider of the lease agreement on Xerox Multifunctional Devices throughout the 94 federal judicial districts, including at least one district in each state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealths of Puerto Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands and the two territories of the United States the Virgin Islands and Guam.
