Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish a contract for Off Site Parking Services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), specifically for the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center (LAACC). The goal of this contract is to provide secure parking services for up to 200 vehicles, accommodating VA staff, patients, visitors, and onsite contracted staff. This initiative is part of the VA's commitment to ensuring accessible healthcare services.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, security, and supervision to provide parking services for up to 200 vehicles at locations within a walkable quarter (1/4) mile from LAACC. Specific tasks include:

- Providing secure parking facilities with access granted to VA employees and patients;
- Maintaining overnight parking spaces for 40 government vehicles;
- Supplying 350 'All-Day' parking validation stickers monthly;
- Ensuring the parking area is well-maintained, lighted, and monitored by security staff;
- Operating in compliance with federal, state, and local codes;
- Providing necessary parking identification for users;
- Designating a full-time supervisor to handle operations and incidents;
- Ensuring all personnel are fluent in English and wear identification badges;
- Submitting monthly reports detailing vehicle accommodation and any unusual events.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance begins on August 1, 2025, with a base year followed by four option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, specifically at the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center located at 351 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
