This is expected to be awarded by January 2025. The requested spaces must be available for use at the time of award. The term of this potential contract shall be a base year plus Four (4) additional One (1) year options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: Delineated Area: North: Forest Ave., Erkenbrecher Ave. West: Vine St., Dury Ave. South: E. University Ave. East: Harvey Ave., Vernon Pl. See the area map below for further clarification of the boundaries of the delineated area.

Background
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to enter into a contract for the lease/rental of 200 parking spaces on behalf of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate parking facilities for the Medical Center's operations, which are critical to supporting veterans' healthcare services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 200 parking spaces, including handicap parking spaces, for use by the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The lease will be effective Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM for a base period of one year with four additional one-year options. The parking facility must meet the following requirements:

1. Enclosed perimeter either by fence or garage.
2. Paved, striped, and lighted.
3. Access control system with proximity cards issued to the VAMC.
4. Spaces must meet accessibility requirements for pedestrian access.
5. Lighting must meet minimum standards set by authorities.
6. Security monitoring via SSTV.
7. Location within a 15-minute walking distance from the Medical Center at 3200 Vine Street.
8. Maintenance responsibilities include re-striping, lighting updates, paving repairs, cleaning/sweeping, and snow/ice removal as specified in detail.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period starting January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025, with options to extend for four additional one-year periods.
