Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on VA’s prior lease award for parking services at the same facility area: contract 36C25025C0054 awarded to Burgundy Court II for $951,681 (01/10/25–01/09/30). The prior work is described as a “LEASE OF PARKING FACILITY AS A SERVICE,” which aligns with the current requirement to provide a defined number of parking spaces under an access-controlled, monitored, and operationally managed lease arrangement.
