This is an amendment to the current RLP 36C24724R0076 to added the delineated map. All other term and condtition of RLP 36C24724R0076 remain the same.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a warehouse located in Augusta, GA to yield approximately 19,931 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) & 14,764 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) for use as the Augusta Warehouse.

The NAICS Code is 531130, Lessors of Miniwarehouses and Self-Storage Units, and the small business size standard is $34 million. We encourage ALL small businesses and other interested parties.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a warehouse located in Augusta, GA to yield approximately 19,931 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) & 14,764 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) for use as the Augusta Warehouse. The lease term is 20 years, with occupancy required on the schedule outlined in the Lease. The space will be used for warehouse to store equipment for medical readiness.

Work Details
The offered space must provide for an efficient layout as determined by the LCO. VA may request the Offeror to provide a test fit layout at the Offeror’s expense.

The Lease will not be awarded for any offered Property located within a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain unless there is no practicable alternative. An Offeror may offer less than its entire site in order to exclude a portion of the site that falls within a floodplain. The Lease establishes various requirements relating to the Building shell. Such requirements are not deemed TIs. There are certain Building requirements that are established as minimum requirements in this RLP.

The lease term is 20 years, with occupancy required on the schedule outlined in the Lease.
