Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking to conduct a three-day Executive Leadership Training (ELT) conference for 100 participants. The goal of this contract is to provide a suitable venue and necessary services to facilitate the training event, ensuring that all logistical needs are met effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Conference Space and Meeting Rooms:
- One general session room with a minimum of 8,000 square feet, accommodating up to 100 people in crescent seating with round tables.
- Three breakout rooms, each with a minimum of 1,000 square feet, set up classroom style for up to 45 people.
- Two administrative rooms for up to 10 people each.
- A boardroom for phone calls and brief meetings equipped with Wi-Fi.
- A registration area close to the general session room with necessary furniture and signage.

2. Audio/Visual Services:
- Comprehensive AV support including monitors, projectors, microphones, speakers, and technical staff for the duration of the event (April 20-22, 2026).
- Specific equipment requirements include confidence monitors, LCD monitors, digital mixers, various microphones, video distribution amplifiers, and more.

3. Additional Requirements:
- Provision of easels for signage throughout the venue and keys for event staff access to meeting rooms.
- Water stations and coffee service at tables during the event.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from April 20, 2026, through April 22, 2026.
