Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the acquisition of leasehold interests in real property for a Primary Care Annex. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary space and facilities to support the VA's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a suitable location for the Primary Care Annex in Saginaw-Auburn, MI. Key tasks include:
- Ensuring compliance with VA security requirements as outlined in Exhibit C.
- Meeting specific agency requirements detailed in Exhibit B.
- Completing tenant improvements as specified in Exhibit I.
- Submitting a proposal to lease space using GSA Form 1364 as per Exhibit F.
- Providing an annual cost statement using GSA Form 1217 as per Exhibit G.
- Adhering to applicable codes and standards as listed in Appendix - Applicable Codes and Standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence upon award and continue through the completion of all required services and tenant improvements, with specific timelines outlined in the attached documents.
