HENDERSON MILL MH SUCCEEDING LEASE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SUCCEEDING LEASE

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to enter into a real property succeeding lease contract for up to 9,998 square feet of clinic space within the existing location at 2296 Henderson Mill Road Suite 402, Atlanta, GA 30345. The lease term requirement is for 10 years, with five years firm and five years soft. The space must be available for occupancy by June 30, 2023. This procurement is being conducted under as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Work Details
The VA will conduct a market survey of the properties offered for lease. All interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) must provide written acknowledgement no later than Friday, April 07, 2023, at 4:30 pm EST.
The VA will consider alternative space if economically advantageous and will take into account factors such as the availability of alternative space that can satisfy its requirements and costs likely to be incurred through relocating.

The lease term requirement is for 10 years, with five years firm and five years soft. The space must be available for occupancy by June 30, 2023.
