X-Ray Diffractometer System

Background
The contract is issued by the 402d Maintenance Group Chemical Analysis Flight (802 MXSS/MXDTA) at Robins Air Force Base. The goal of the contract is to procure one Bruker D6 X-ray Diffractometer along with necessary accessories and support services. This requirement is being solicited as a Sole Source award to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), BRUKER AXS LLC.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to deliver the following:
- Item 0001: One Bruker D6 X-ray Diffractometer - Quantity: 1 Each
- Necessary accessories as listed in paragraph 1.1 of the Statement of Work.
- Additional items include:
- Certificate of Compliance (CDRL) - Quantity: 1 Each
- Environmental Management System (EMS) - Quantity: 1 Each
- Energy Management System (EnMS) - Quantity: 1 Each
- Contractor's Safety Plan - Quantity: 1 Each
- Accident/Incident Report - Quantity: 1 Each
All items are priced under a Firm Fixed Price arrangement.

Period of Performance
The contract is effective from July 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
Robins Air Force Base, GA, United States.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must be the OEM or an authorized distributor of BRUKER AXS LLC products to fulfill this contract requirement.
