Wyoming NER Percolation and Groundwater Testing

Background
The Wyoming NER Percolation and Groundwater Testing contract is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) under the GAOA program. The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.

The goal of this contract is to conduct percolation testing and groundwater monitoring to support septic system design at Quarters #3 of the National Elk Refuge.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Conduct percolation testing to determine soil loading rates for a septic system design at Quarters #3.
2. Perform groundwater monitoring activities.
3. Install a piezometer in a profile pit equipped with a datalogger to collect water level data from spring to early summer near Quarters #3.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the FWS National Elk Refuge located at 675 E. Broadway, Jackson, WY 83001-0510.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Small Business Total (SBA). Bidders must meet any required performance and payment bonds as specified in the solicitation.
