WY NATIONAL ELK REFUFGE JANITORIAL SERVICES

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Elk Refuge, located in Jackson, Wyoming, has a requirement for janitorial services covering a base year and four (4) option periods. This contract aims to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of facilities that serve approximately 300,000 visitors annually.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all supervision, personnel, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for janitorial services at two locations: the National Elk Refuge Administrative Office (6900 sq ft) and the National Elk Refuge and Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center (7500 sq ft).

Services include cleaning all carpeted areas, non-carpeted areas, kitchen/break room, restrooms, common areas, and glass entrance doors. The contractor must ensure security of the premises by turning off lights and securing doors after cleaning. Safety measures must be implemented to reduce injury risks during work performance. Additionally, any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Technical Coordinator.

Period of Performance
Base period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 with four option periods extending through August 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
National Elk Refuge Administrative Office at 675 E Broadway, Jackson, WY 83001 and National Elk Refuge Visitor Center at 532 N Cache St, Jackson, WY 83001.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSBs). Only offerors certified under the Small Business Administration's Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program as EDWOSB are eligible to submit proposals.
