Wy- Jackson Nfh-Fish Transfer Pump

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of a live fish transfer pump to support operations at the Jackson National Fish Hatchery (NFH). Work Details
The contract involves the purchase, removal, and installation of (1) live fish transfer pump. The specifications include:

- Salient Characteristics:
- Welded marine grade, non-corrosive aluminum construction
- Tank exterior coated with epoxy primer and durable topcoat for added protection
- Vertically oriented tank with low point fish entry to ensure no fish damage
- Air relief system to evacuate air from the system before entering discharge lines
- Inlet/Outlet fittings are 6" diameter (can be reduced to 4” with additional fittings)
- Inlet/exit valves designed to prevent fish damage, constructed of soft vulcanized rubber
- Non-Flapper/Swing Check Style
- 40-100 liquid ring pump with a 13 horsepower gasoline engine and integrated fuel tank
- Electric start and a service water supply system (clean water supply provided by customer)
- Includes hoses: 20 feet of 6-inch suction hose with fittings, gaskets, and suction nozzle for live fish; and 20 feet of 6-inch discharge hose with fittings.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 26, 2025, to January 16, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered and installed at the Jackson National Fish Hatchery located at 1500 Fish Hatchery Road, Jackson, WY 83001-9371.
