Background
The Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) provides and facilitates assistance to Wounded, Ill, or Injured (WII) Marines and Sailors in any phase of recovery, attached to or in support of Marine units and their family members. The Recovery Care Coordinators (RCCs) are assigned a caseload via approved methods and policies published within DoDI 1300.24, WWR Order (WWRO) 3000.1, WWRO 6300.1C, and other applicable references.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide non-medical support services including program management support, program analysis, and recovery care coordination services in support of the WWR mission and RCP efforts related to RCC services. The contractor shall employ management practices that support operational efficiency and cost effectiveness, and reinforce quality performance and high productivity by contractor personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods of performance ranging from March 29, 2023, to March 28, 2028.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where in-person RCC support is required include Quantico, VA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; San Antonio, TX; Camp Pendleton, CA; 29 Palms, CA; San Diego, CA; MCB Kaneohe Bay, HI; Tampa, FL; Richmond, VA; Minneapolis, MN; Palo Alto, CA.
