WSS/AMTR/DADE Program Support Services

Weapon System Sustainment (WSS), Acquisition Modernization Technology Research (AMTR), and DLA Development Environment (DADE) / Cloud Program Support Services: This is continuation of Original RFQ 1537452. Updates to PWS/SOW documents were necessary based on final questions received. Listed below are updates made to the documents. Updated PWS/SOW are attached. WSS/AMTR PWS: Section 5 Personnel (Page 3) DELETED: Substitution of other labor categories will not be considered for any position. DADE SOW: Section 6.0 Key Personnel and Staffing (Page 6) REVISED: The Contractor shall provide skilled, experienced, professional, and technical personnel to ensure successful completion of work. Resumes required for Key personnel. Key Personnel: - Senior Technical Manager - Senior Business Analyst Non-Key Personnel. - Senior Data Analyst (data analysis, research and reporting; program support) - Junior Analyst (data management and reporting; program support) Section 8.0 IT Certifications (Page 7) DELETED: All personnel must possess IAT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission and be capable of receiving IAT-II certification at time of award. All Personnel must possess CE Certification for Microsoft systems or be capable of obtaining certification at time of award. ADDED: Key Personnel: Senior Technical Manager and Senior Business Analyst as key personnel requiring access to DADE environment and must possess clearance requirement list below. They must also possess a CE Certification for Microsoft systems or be capable of obtaining certification at time of award. Equivalent certifications may be listed and reviewed for acceptance. - Senior Technical Manager: Must possess IAT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) and Tier 2 (SF-85P) DoD Security Clearance at time of award. - Senior Business Analyst: Must possess Tier 2 (SF-85P) DoD Security Clearance at time of award. Non-Key Personnel: Senior Data Analyst and Junior Analyst/Program Assistant II will not necessarily require direct access to the DADE environment. If the government determines that access is required in the future, individuals will have six months to obtain the IAT-II and/or Certification for Microsoft Systems certifications. Equivalent certifications may be listed and reviewed for acceptance. NOTE: No further inquiries or questions pertaining to this RFQ will be accepted. Quoter may include questions and comments in their quote and will be reviewed and make determination as appropriate.
