Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Interpreter and Translator Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC).

The goal of this contract is to provide documentary, in-person, telephonic, and virtual translation and interpretation services to support various VHA facilities across multiple VISNs, ensuring effective communication for veterans and their families.

Work Details
The contractor will provide interpreter and translator services for WSNC medical facilities as ordered through individual Task Orders. Services must conform to the terms outlined in the IDIQ and the Price-Cost Schedule.

The following are key details regarding the services:
- Services include ASL interpretation with varying notice periods (>48 hours and <48 hours) for in-person assignments across different VISNs.
- The specific VISNs covered include:
- VISN 17: Texas, Eastern New Mexico
- VISN 19: Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Eastern Nevada, Utah, Colorado
- VISN 20: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska
- VISN 21: Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii Islands, Philippines Islands, Guam, American Samoa
- VISN 22: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Colorado
- All VHA facilities within WSNC are authorized to order services under this contract.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various VHA facilities located within the jurisdictions of the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC), which includes states such as Texas, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California and others.
