WRNMMC-010 Renovate Main Entrance   2

The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of the main vehicle drive and drop-off lanes, pedestrian walkways, and hospital entrance including a renovation of the new enlarged main lobby including the existing curtain walls, flooring. The existing front curtain wall is to be removed and replaced with a new curtain wall system. The newly designed entrance will include site civil work, landscaping, exterior and interior building finishes, safety, weather protection, built-in security features, planters, walkways, signage, entrance doors, lighting, HVAC, AT/FP, and physical security improvements. Infection Control and minimal phasing are required during construction. New interior features include a main reception/information desk, visitor seating, ceremonial area with flag display, Patient Admission office, Command Duty office, a full service cafe, restrooms, acoustical treatments such as sound-absorbing flooring, wall paneling, ceiling finishes, LED lighting, fire protection system upgrades, IT-data service, information monitors, a main hospital directory, signage, new security features, and finishes on the main staircase and second floor overhead walkway and incidental related work.
