Amendment 0004 is hereby incorporated. The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to provide a revised question and answer document containing two (2) clarifications regarding background investigations and COVID-19 procedures. The document is provided as a separate attachment. (Additions are blocked in yellow highlights).

Amendment 0003 is hereby incorporated. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide the Government's response to vendor's questions, provide revisions made to the PWS, FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, and FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, and to provide additional attachments (6 through 10). Amendment 0003 also extends the proposal due date from 16 November to 18 November 2020; 0900 ET.

Amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the due date of proposals from 5 November 2020; 0900 ET to 16 November 2020; 0900 ET. Please see the attached modification for further details.

In light of questions raised during the Q&A period, the Government determined that a couple questions warranted expedited answers while awaiting of the remaining questions being addressed. This Amendment revises Section 6.1.1 & 8.1.2 of the PWS and revises FAR 52.212-1 & 52.212-2.

This non-personal services requirement provides outreach and resource support to the United States Marine Corps Recovery Care Program (RCP) and is a vehicle the Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) will use to meet its mission. This requirement is a follow-on for the RCP's Sergeant Merlin German, Wounded Warrior Call Center (WWCC) that provides assistance services for wounded, ill, and injured (WII) Marines, Sailors attached to Marine units, and their family members, throughout all phases of the recovery process and the transition to veteran status. The WWCC supports the WWR core mission with expert execution of a comprehensive outreach and assistance program for WII Marines through central operations at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA and satellite operations on each coast.
