Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the procurement is being conducted using the procedures found in 'Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.' This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The acquisition is being solicited as 100% set-aside for small business.

Work Details
The overall objective of this contract is to provide Facilities Management Technical Support Services at a variety of US Department of State Facilities located throughout the world. Tasks will include support of the Department’s web-based facilities support database, “FACAPPs”; and training and technical consulting activities for the Facilities Office - Program Support Division (FAC/PS). Technical expertise in the operations, maintenance and repair of enterprise scale potable water, domestic wastewater and mechanical water treatment systems are required to assist with this program.
Standard water and wastewater treatment systems have been incorporated into numerous Department of State installations as part of the Standard Embassy Design model and in the legacy design approaches with embassy renovations and construction.
