Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing a sole source contract to PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. for the provision of paints, coatings, solvents, preservation products, and engineering/technical services in support of MSC’s Engineering Division (N7). This contract aims to ensure the availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined for each main port or geographic zone. The contractor will also provide engineering support to ensure all ships and equipment are preserved and maintained properly.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following supplies and services:

1. **Supplies/Products**:
- Quantity: 6 Lots
- Products include paints, coatings, solvents, and preservation products as specified in Exhibit A Price Table.
- FOB: Destination

2. **Services**:
- Quantity: 6 Lots
- Services include engineering support and technical services as specified in Exhibit A Price Table.
- FOB: Destination

3. **Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL)**:
- Quantity: Each
- Deliverables include various reports such as Notification of QPL Removal, Key Personnel, Training Syllabus, Training Manual, Paint Handbook, Meeting Minutes, Quarterly Reports of Service, etc., as outlined in Exhibit B CDRLs. *Not Separately Priced*.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base six (6) month ordering period with an optional six (6) month ordering period.

Place of Performance
Worldwide delivery to MSC ships and any other Government owned or Government chartered ships designated by MSC.
