Furnish all planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical support necessary to perform Surveying, Mapping, and Engineering, and Charting, including (1) provide operation and maintenance of airborne coastal mapping and charting sensors, (2) produce standard surveying, mapping, engineering and charting products from the data collected by these sensors, and (3) provide technical support in airborne coastal surveying, mapping, engineering and charting to JALBTCX. Technical support may include but is not limited to studies and scientific evaluations, reports, conceptual designs, improvements, modifications, and upgrades to sensors. The contractor must have the capability to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations simultaneously. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded. The anticipated period of performance will be an ordering period of two (2) years from date of contract award. Task orders will be issued with individual scopes of work and funding.
Background
The U.S. Army Engineer District Mobile is issuing this solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to support the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX).

The mission of JALBTCX is to provide technical support in airborne coastal surveying, mapping, engineering, and charting. The goal of this contract is to furnish all necessary planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical support for surveying and mapping operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Operation and maintenance of airborne coastal mapping and charting sensors.
2. Production of standard surveying, mapping, engineering, and charting products from data collected by these sensors.
3. Providing technical support in airborne coastal surveying, mapping, engineering, and charting to JALBTCX. This includes studies and scientific evaluations, reports, conceptual designs, improvements, modifications, and upgrades to sensors.
4. Capability to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) simultaneously.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be an ordering period of two years from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS).
