Furnish all planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical support necessary to perform Surveying, Mapping, and Engineering, including (1) provide operation and maintenance of airborne coastal mapping and charting sensors, (2) produce standard surveying, mapping, engineering and charting products from the data collected by these sensors, and (3) provide technical support in airborne coastal surveying, mapping, engineering and charting to JALBTCX. Technical support may include but is not limited to studies and scientific evaluations, reports, conceptual designs, improvements, modifications, and upgrades to sensors. The contractor must have the capability to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations simultaneously. It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded. The anticipated period of performance will be an ordering period of three years from date of contract award. Task orders will be issued with individual scopes of work and funding.

This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $16,500,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 541370.

The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Background
The contract is for worldwide operations, maintenance, and technical support for the Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX). The contractor is required to operate, evaluate, and maintain coastal mapping and charting sensors and systems, provide technical expertise and support to JALBTCX, and produce standard data products.
The anticipated period of performance will be an ordering period of three years from the date of contract award.

Work Details
The work includes providing all planning, supervision, administration, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical support necessary to perform Surveying, Mapping, and Engineering. This involves operation and maintenance of airborne coastal mapping and charting sensors, producing standard surveying, mapping, engineering and charting products from the collected data, and providing technical support in airborne coastal surveying. The contractor must have the capability to respond to multiple requests for work at diverse locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations simultaneously. The work will be executed in the office and in the field for worldwide operations.
Specific tasks include system operation and maintenance, JALBTCX technical support, ground-truth and other supplementary data collection, survey mission support, quality control, administrative support.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance will be an ordering period of three years from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include diverse locations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations.
