Description

Military Sealift Command has an immediate requirement to execute a Bridge Contract for Worldwide Logistics Contract N3220520C4008 in accordance with the attached Solicitation and J&A

Background
The Military Sealift Command has an immediate requirement to execute a Bridge Contract for Worldwide Logistics Contract N3220520C4008. The contract is in accordance with the attached Solicitation and J&A. The contract aims to provide Worldwide Logistics Services, including labor, travel, and material, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The work includes providing Worldwide Logistics Services as per the Performance Work Statement, including labor, travel, and material. It also involves a Phase In option as per Para 7.2 of the PWS and a Phase out option as per Para 7.4 of the PWS. The services will be inspected/accepted at various destinations. The contract also incorporates various clauses related to payments, security requirements, personal identity verification of contractor personnel, subcontracting with firms owned or controlled by a country that is a State Sponsor of Terrorism, and other compliance and reporting requirements.
