The requirement is for worldwide support services in the analysis of fluids and related sampling supplies in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC) Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) program which monitors the health of machinery onboard MSC vessels.

Background
The requirement is for worldwide support services in the analysis of fluids and related sampling supplies in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC) Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) program which monitors the health of machinery onboard MSC vessels.

Work Details
The solicitation requires comprehensive responses to demonstrate an understanding and capability to meet all the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The technical proposal must conform fully to the minimum technical requirements of the solicitation and address technical subfactors such as Analysis, Sampling and Laboratory Capability, Organizational Approach to Shipping, and Laboratory Data Management and Transfer. Offerors are also requested to provide detailed information on up to three previous Government contracts or commercial contracts relevant to the effort required by this solicitation.
