Worldwide Field Support Follow On Request for Information

Background
This Request for Information is for the Worldwide Field Support Follow On to contract W15P7T-17-D-0148 W56JSR 21F0043. The contract aims to provide worldwide field support and is a highly technical and complex performance-based contract with field support required at numerous geographical locations and installations worldwide. The program objectives focus on enhancing system performance, operational readiness rates, leveraging industry’s expertise, and facilitating performance-based worldwide sustainment efforts.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a wide range of services including program management, administrative and clerical support, cost control, cost reporting, technical status reporting, program reviews, quality assurance, data management, mandatory training for employees, compliance with applicable Congressional Mandates and Federal Laws, manpower reporting requirements into the System for Award Management (SAM), preparation of Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), convening Monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), development and fulfillment of a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), transition support in both CONUS and OCONUS locations, small business participation proposals submission and compliance reporting, support in establishing Resource Sharing Considerations to support Army readiness, implementing Army Standard Tools and Processes, establishing a shared help desk, supporting surge requirements as directed by the government, providing post-production software support/post deployment software support (PPSS/PDSS), sustainment support including system operator support and ancillary system/network communications and administration support, laboratory support including rapid prototyping and provisioning of limited production/assessment items, force protection including intelligence surveillance reconnaissance systems maintenance data tracking and reporting support, defense prisoner of war/missing in action accounting agency (DPAA) support for communication engineering, technical and logistical support for DPAA headquarters in confirmed locations: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Kaiserslautern Germany; care of C5ISR systems and equipment in storage.
