Background
The Department of State's Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking electrical construction, engineering, and associated discipline services to support its mission of providing safe, secure, functional, and resilient facilities representing the U.S. Government worldwide. The services include survey and design, construction, preventative maintenance, repair, logistics, and procurement.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of various labor categories including project managers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, civil/structural engineers, controls application engineers, fire protection engineers, inspectors, electricians, technicians, welders, carpenters, plumbers, and other related disciplines. The work will involve tasks such as project management, engineering support, technical documentation support, system design support,
and maintenance and repair services for electrical and electro-mechanical systems in non-controlled and controlled access areas.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from December 1st, 2023 to November 30th, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various OBO sites worldwide.
