Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) will provide PK-12 instruction to approximately 66,000 dependents of military and civilian employees worldwide. DoDEA operates schools in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific. The curriculum is aligned with College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) and International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Students.

Work Details
DoDEA requires print and/or digital instructional resources for Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Turkish, and Heritage Spanish. The resources should support students in acquiring language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Additionally, the contractor must provide standards correlation documents demonstrating alignment with various language standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a 5-year base period with one option year. DoDEA expects an increase in enrollment in upper-level world language courses over the 5-year contractual period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations include schools in the Americas (seven states, Puerto Rico, Cuba), Europe (Germany, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, Italy), and the Pacific (Korea, Japan mainland and Okinawa, Guam).
