Background
The World Defense Show (WDS) 2026 Exhibit Build is a contract issued by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) under the Department of Defense (DoD). The mission of this contract is to design and build the DoD booth at the WDS, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from February 8-12, 2026. The goal is to promote awareness of the Department's Security Cooperation programs, particularly Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and to facilitate bilateral meetings with distinguished visitors.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to create the DoD exhibit booth as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The specific tasks include: designing, constructing, supporting, and tearing down the exhibit booth in accordance with the details outlined in the PWS. The Contractor must adhere to timelines, restrictions, rules, and regulations from the show organizer's exhibitor manual. Additionally, the Contractor must develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin upon award and will last for 150 days until the booth is deconstructed and cleared by show organizers.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the World Defense Show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
