Workforce Egypt Activity - RFP Amendment # 02

Background
The United States Government (“USG”) represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Mission in Egypt (USAID/Egypt) is amending RFP # 72026320R00008 Workforce Egypt Activity to extend the closing date, provide answers to questions submitted, and amend the RFP as appropriate. The purpose of the amendment is to facilitate continued interest and participation in USAID/Egypt activities.

Work Details
The solicitation is amended to include changes to the cover letter, payment of fixed fee schedule, technical support for TVETA, establishment of modern technical schools, annual work plan, key personnel table, personnel compensation clauses, prohibition on contracting for certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment, list of documents, exhibits and other attachments, instructions for preparation of the cost proposal, technical approach, management approach and staffing plan. Additionally, questions and answers are provided regarding deliverables, sectors focus, economic sector and governorate selection processes, gender integration review process, parliamentary decision on new entity establishment and accreditation documents specific to TVET.
