Work Platform; Nuc Requirment for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

Background
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, part of the Department of Defense (DoD), is issuing a solicitation for a work platform as part of its operations. The goal of this contract is to procure a work platform that meets specific technical requirements while ensuring compliance with security protocols due to the sensitivity of the technical data involved.

Work Details
The contractor is required to manufacture a work platform (RF-2204) per drawing 2370-2204 (REV G). The contractor must provide published commercial labor rates and a breakdown of total prices for price justification purposes. Additionally, the contractor must ensure adherence to the schedule and/or mobilization timelines. All proposals must include freight costs in CLIN 0001 and any applicable procedures and technical information for evaluation purposes. The contract will be awarded on an 'All or None' basis, and CPARS evaluation procedures will apply.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and includes specific delivery dates such as the Required Delivery Date (RDD) of 08/28/2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access restricted technical data associated with this solicitation. An active JCP certification is required, along with submission of an approved DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement).
