NOTE: THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NUMBER UTILIZED IN THE PRESOLICITATION (SYNOPSIS) NOTICE POSTED TO SAM.GOV ON DECEMBER 27, 2023 (RFP #SP3300-24-R-5002) IS NO LONGER APPLICABLE TO THIS ACQUISITION. DUE TO TECHNICAL SYSTEM ISSUES, THE PREVIOUS RFP NUMBER USED IN SAM.GOV IS NOT CROSS-REFERENCING WITH THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE NUMBERING. THEREFORE, A NEW RFP NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED. THE NEW SOLICITATION OR RFP NUMBER IS SP330024R5004. CONTRACTORS SHALL PROVIDE THEIR PROPOSALS VIA THE PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE USING THE RFP NUMBER SP330024R5004. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION L OF THE RFP (INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS OR RESPONDENTS) FOR SPECIFIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION. This requirement is being solicited per FAR subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) to promote competition among interested 8(a) small business concerns. This acquisition is set aside 100% for 8(a) small business concerns in accordance with DFARs 252.219-7010 (Class Deviation 2023-00007). The requirement is for labor support services within the Work In Process Control Area (WIPCA) at DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, Texas (DDCT) as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded as a hybrid contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursement (CR) Line Items. The contract will cover a one (1) year base performance period, inclusive of a three (3) month phase-in, and four, one-year option periods. This acquisition has been offered to SBA and accepted under case number 0303-24-121923-01. Award will be made on the basis of competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms.
