Amendment No. A00002 has been issued to answer questions from prospective offerors, to extend the proposal due date from July 26, 2024 to August 16, 2024 and to revise Section L.9, L.11 and M.1.1.

Amendment No. A00001 has been issued to inform offerors that the site visit has been rescheduled from July 09, 2024 at 9:00AM CT to July 16 2024 at 9:00AM CT.

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking construction services for the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center USP Compliance project. The project will be procured as Full and Open Competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, with an estimated magnitude of construction anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Work Details
The project includes but is not limited to: demolition, including some saw cutting for new mechanical reroutes, minimum masonry work for patching in wall opening(s), carpentry, thermal properties, openings including glazing and ballistic type pass through transaction window system, finishes, specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the renovation of the pharmacy and ambulance garage as well as staging area coordination and clean-up. The overall period of performance is 365 calendar days.
