Background
The solicitation is for the production of Women's Army Service Uniform (ASU) Coat. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price, with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The contract will have a five-year ordering period with five 12-month price tier periods.

Work Details
The Women's ASU Dress Coat must be made according to the specifications outlined in GL PD 07-07C dated 4 March 2009 and Pattern Date 30 June 2008. The material required is Cloth, Army, P/W, Blue Shade 450; NSN: 8305-01-548-2905.

The Contract Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 3,943 each with an Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) per tier of 15,660 each and an Annual Order Limitation Quantity (AOLQ) per tier of 19,575 each. The Contract Maximum Quantity is 97,875 each. Tariff size prices are all to be based on FOB Destination only.

Period of Performance
The resultant contract will have a five-year ordering period with five 12-month price tier periods.

Place of Performance
The production facility changes are prohibited unless specifically approved by the contracting officer. Written requests for a change in production facilities must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
