Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to elicit information in support of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Program and Technical Refresh of Distribution Standard System (DSS) for Brand Name SAP Software Licenses, Software Maintenance & Cloud Hosting Services. Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for subject requirement. If you are interested, provide a market research quote for this procurement in accordance with the ROM in Section 1. This will be solicited with an anticipated start date of March 1, 2024, and is a follow-on of the following task order: SP4701-21-F-0484.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is a United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD) agency that provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. The requirement is in support of a working lifecycle technical refresh of DSS ongoing project to move to SAP products and better align DLA warehouse and distribution processes with industry standards and simplify storage and distribution requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide continued hosting support for WMS in a Department of Defense (DoD) certified FedRAMP Impact Level 4 (IL4) cloud hosting environment. This includes hosting environments such as Development, Test, Quality Assurance, Patch Fix/Sandbox, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Production. The contractor shall comply with DoD cybersecurity standards and policies, including patching and STIG compliance.
Additionally, the contractor shall provide annual SAP software licenses and maintenance, as well as SAP MaxSecure services to facilitate safeguarding and end-to-end hybrid operations in support of the DLA WMS Program.
