Constuction Project- Cabling, audio visial and electrical construction services at the ETEC office in Albany, NY per attached Statement of Work. 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. New project, no incumbent.

Brand Name Requirement: All items listed must be new, no refurbishments and be the exact make and model listed within the Exhibits. This requirement is due to the compatibility with items already installed or to be installed. Spec sheet of all materials quoted is required to compare compatibility. Failure to provide may make the quote unacceptable.
