WING Inflatable Boat - Small Parts and repairs

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) utilizes the WING Inflatable Boat -Small System (IBS) as part of the operational and training regimen for the SEAL and SWCC student pipelines. To ensure personnel continue training WING certified parts and mechanics are required to conduct repairs to extend the usable life of the equipment. Wing Inflatables is the sole manufacturer of the IBS Craft. Having designed and manufactured these craft, sourcing the repair materials and implementing repair contracts should be completed through Wing Inflatables. Working outside of Wing Inflatables for these requests may lead to improper sourcing of material or improper repair of craft by non-certified individuals.

The Government has awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders to WING INFLATABLES INC (CAGE CODE 1GTC0). The minimum contract value is $2,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $400,000.00.

The sole source acquisition was conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted under this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336611, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
