Project Name and Location: Place of Performance: Paul Findley Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 600 E. Monroe St. Springfield, IL 62701.

Project Summary Description: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract for removal and replacement of perimeter sealant at window, door, and miscellaneous masonry opening ant the brick. Work also included the remediation of remnants of ACM caulking, lead-based paint and repainting of steel lintels.

Majority of the work will be performed while the buildings are occupied and there could be small portions that will be completed outside normal operating hours.

The performance period is approximately 180 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about July 2023. The estimated construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. No other information is available at this time.

If you are an interested party, please provide the following information. All information submitted will be subject to verification and additional information may be requested to substantiate responses: A short statement regarding your firm's expertise and experience on projects similar in scope and size. Are you a small or large business? If small business, indicate any and all applicable small business representation(s) (8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned, etc.). Do you have bonding capability to cover 100% of the construction cost? Include three projects completed within the last five years similar in size and scope to the work described above. Provide a customer point of contact for each project listed (telephone and email address). Indicate your intent to bid on a subsequent solicitation.
