Background
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, management, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, and other necessary items to install security window glazing at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, Texas. The installation must comply with all required federal, state, and local laws, licensing, and regulations. The installation should meet or exceed the manufacturer's installation requirements and upon completion of all work, a certificate of product performance compliance shall be issued along with a 10-year product warranty certificate and a 1-year installation warranty.

Work Details
The technical requirements of this contract include providing and installing security window glazing on all the windows and doors of the WCF Atrium Building and select windows at the Vehicle Inspection Building (VIB). The security window glazing must meet or exceed the performance requirements of GSA TS01-2003. Additionally, window tint must be applied to select windows at the VIB to provide at least 85% glare reduction and reject at least 69% solar energy.

Period of Performance
The contractor is required to complete all work within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Western Currency Facility’s Atrium section (Bldg. 9000) and vehicle inspection building (Bldg.8900) located at 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth Texas 76131.
