Background
The Willamette National Cemetery is issuing a contract for the construction of roads and storm sewer improvements as part of their ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the cemetery's infrastructure.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective demolition and reconstruction of existing roads, parking lots, and storm sewer facilities to improve accessibility and functionality within the cemetery grounds.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following tasks: demolition and reconstruction of cemetery roads, parking lots, storm sewer facilities, and other site improvements.

The work includes but is not limited to:
- Demolition of existing structures
- Reconstruction of cemetery roads
- Installation of storm sewer facilities
- Other site improvements as specified in the attached Statement of Work, Bid Drawings, and Bid Specifications.

The base bid area is limited to what is depicted on OVERALL Sheet CPP-101 of the Construction Plan.
