This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement. All Small Business concerns representing itself as such in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code: 811310 may submit offers. This solicitation, W912P820B0063, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP) Contract Award. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 20 January 2021 at 11:00am CST. Bid responses are due NLT 20 JANUARY 2021 AT 10:00AM CST.

The work consists of inspecting, disassembling, removing, repairing, reconfiguring, re installing, and re aligning the pump unit components of the four (4) pumps at NOV NF W 05b.1, Wilkinson Canal Pump Station (WCPS), Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. The order of work for the repairs to the pump units at WCPS shall start with the repairs of Pump Unit #2 and Pump Unit #3 and finish with Pump Unit #4 and Pump Unit #1.

The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments.
